This part of the project was completed on 24/11/2023 and significantly improved the thermal conditions of the entire operation in the furnace hall. This is the first stage of the project, which is followed by a comprehensive replacement of the lighting of the entire plant with LED technology and the construction of a PV plant on the roof of the decoration production hall with a completion date of 30.6.2024. The set was designed by an artist from Karlovy Vary Lenka Sárová - Malíská. Shapes are simple without any unnecessary decorations, they come out from pure lines. Lea is unusual for relief with concentric circles and the handle on the top of pot and sugar bowl. This detail gives it its originality, the shape is fully functional and ergonomic for man´s hand as well. The number of the name Lea is nine. Production in all 3 plants (Nová Role, Klášterec, Lesov) runs without restrictions. Absence of employees in the workplace is only for reasons of the Czech Republic or the normal absence. The order coverage of the company is for April / May incl. large orders for an Italian customer (on which work is temporarily suspended - only in decorations). The company is negotiating a bridging loan due to deferred exports (Spain, Germany, Italy and now also Russia). The results of negotiations with commercial banks and state banks (EGAP and Czech Export Bank) will be known in the first days of the following week. It all depends on establishing emergency measures to provide support to large export companies. Further information will be provided in the middle of next week. The central theme of interior designed by architects Boris Klimek and Lenka Damová is the film Porceain Girls (Holky z porcelánu) filmed in Klášterec porcelain factory in 1974. The space is divided into couple of distinctive zones reminiscent of the film with light exaggeration and melancholy. The project could have arisen also thanks to financial subsidy of Ústí nad Labem region and town Klášterec. The designers of the new Porcelain Gallery are again a pair of Prague designers Boris Klimek and Lenka Damová. The design of the Gallery is based on the use of dark colors, metallic materials, high-quality lighting and allows the visitor to let go of fantasy - it can evoke spacecraft, industrial traffic or a visit from the future. Then follows the last firing in the decoration kiln and porcelain product can be dispatched to the customer. There are 4 basic decoration techniques:   Decoration with printsPrints can be monochromatic or multicoloured. They are delivered from the plant “Screen printing” in sheets covered with the layer of removable varnish which ensures easy application of prints on porcelain product. Prints can exist in various forms – multicoloured, black and white, pictures, photos, with precious metals, cobalt, etc. This decoration technique is the most used and spread nowadays.   Curiosity: In 2015 the plant “Screen printing” produced 24,797,405 pieces of prints.       Decoration with sprayingColours are applied by spraying pistol over special pattern or all over the surface.       Kinds of decoration:Full fund – fund covering all surfaces of products   Fading fund – the contours are not exactly given, they are fading   Hidden fund – some places are covered with the varnish or other materials which are removed after spraying and some places under them stay white.       Hand brush decorationThis kind of decoration is mainly used for rich decoration; porcelain is decorated by painters on rotating ring. It is handmade painting of marginal lines by flat brush, especially plates or bowls. We invite all fans of quality Czech porcelain. more Louise - new shape 30. 09. 2013     When the new shape „LOUISE „made by Jaroslav Ježek was introduced in the plant Březova in 1962, the period of so-called Brussels was finally concluded.  It has brought a significant change in the design which is mainly represented by the shape LOUISE for the porcelain production.  Asymmetry of amorphous shapes in silhouettes of graceful elongated lines is replaced by the classical rotational shape returning back to the porcelain manufacturing roots. Morphology is clearly reminiscent of the Empire style especially in shaping of handles and hollow shapes. Simple and very fine relief of thin lines radially diverging on the cups legs and on the tapered parts of hollow products unobtrusively complements the simplicity of the shape. The rest of the product remained smooth. Elegant shape of timeless quality was achieved thank to sensitive historicist features incorporation and stylization.  The shape was created for manufacturing in the plant Březova because its production required and also demonstrated the high quality of manufacturing with a strong emphasis on the high level of craftsmanship. Porcelain factory renowned for its tradition and carried out decorations quality in a wide scale of techniques explored the opportunity to apply them especially in the pure cobalt application and in etching carried out in classical way or in décor transfer by recess print, etc.  The production was terminated in the beginning of 1990´s after the factory privatization.Due to its timeless design the set appears as promising for the future. There will be twenty-one stalls in the free area in front of Grandhotel Pupp where products from our manufacture will be offered. As partners, glass works Moser, Český porcelán Dubí and Epiag Lofida Chodov (manufacture of pink porcelain) will participace.A wide variety of sortiment at unrivalled low prices attracts a lot of visitors and inhabitants of Karlovy Vary every year. This company has set marketing and distribution conditions for supplies of this plagiarism copying the relief shape Bernadotte to the Czech Republic and Russia; on these markets, it presents this product without any trademark, nevertheless, under the name Bernadotte. Described behavior of the company Haas & Czjzek brings about a danger of confusion, or a false and misleading illusion of any connection of this product with products of the company Thun 1794 a.s., endangering this way the rights of Thun 1794 a.s. to the combined trade mark CL Bernadotte, which is entered in the register of trademarks. Following these facts, the company Thun 1794 a.s. proposed the motion for order of preliminary ruling to protect its rights. The Municipal Court in Prague complied with the motion for order of preliminary ruling and it prohibited the company Haas & Czjzek - The first porcelain manufactory in Bohemia, Co.Ltd. from using this relief design and from stocking and selling these products in the area of Czech Republic. The preliminary ruling is enforceable since February 1st, 2010. The manufacturing plant Concordia Lesov was founded in 1888. At the end of 1960s, the Bernadotte model with its typical relief was reestablished to production again, with its distinctive trademark (see picture). The relief model Bernadotte is very popular on Czech, European, and mainly on Russian markets. Due to the uniqueness of its plastic design, it has ranked with the best-selling shapes of Bohemian porcelain of the 20th century. The relief design of the Bernadotte line is rather popular among standard consumers; however, it has found its position also by notable customers from the sphere of high politics and management. more Ambiente 2010 Frankfurt 23. 02. 2010     The new presentation of Thun 1794 a.s. at the greatest world fair of porcelain and glass in Frankfurt on the Main was received with a great captivation and response both from experts and visitants.Extraordinary, widely open space and visitor-friendly way of display of the collection of samples offered a possibility of undisturbed examination and a chance to finger every piece to all prospective buyers; all of that together with professional service of the salespersons of Thun Trade a.s. and with the traditional Czech hospitality. The attendance was really huge - hundreds of customers came from four continents and from about 50 countries (Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Lithuania, Moldova, Sweden, Denmark, UK, USA, Canada, Brazil, Panama, Chile, Bolivia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Italy, San Marino, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Albania, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Tunisia, Morocco, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Republic of South Africa, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, India, Thailand, Slovakia and Czech Republic). In compliance with individual markets and their customs, the whole assortment raised interest - from wide collections of classic shapes and decorations to modern plain forms and simple décors. There was a great interest in the hotel & restaurant programme, especially the Spirit line; also a new collection Blue Cherry appealed to visitors and it will be enriched by additional colour versions on the basis of following requirements. The extent of the assortment was imposing, too - an extensive range of forms and products in individual shapes. Generally, the exposition has confirmed that the exhibitor is a significant producer of substantial capacities, with potential to meet the demands of all customers.
